              Event Description:

              Are you “the great” when you read “Good, Bad, and Ugly” reviews? 

              The ability to harness word of mouth marketing is PRICELESS.  Social media has taken the ability of one customer interaction from reaching an average of ten people to hundreds and even thousands of people in a matter of minutes.  What is the culture you want clients and customers to experience when they choose your business for their needs.  

               

              During the lunch and learn we will discuss best practices for hiring, customer engagement expectations, coaching and development.  This class will deliver a guide for owners and hiring managers to utilize in the workplace to hire, train and RETAIN the workforce you want representing you and your business.

              Lunch served at 11:30, program begins at noon.  Co-hosted by the SHSU Small Business Development Center and the Huntsville Walker County Chamber of Commerce.
